• Develop an ecosystem for exchanging messages, files, and conducting audio and video conferences.
• Participate in making key architectural decisions that determine the future of the product.
• Develop new functionality and support the existing service, ensuring its stability and scalability.
• Improve code quality through code review and writing Unit and integration tests.

Требования

• Experience in commercial Java development from 5 years.
• Confident command of multithreaded code writing skills (Multithreading).
• Having at least one successful completed project as a Senior Developer.
• Experience writing Unit and integration tests.
• Proficiency in team development tools (Atlassian stack, Git, Maven).

• Experience with Spring Boot.
• Experience supporting high-load projects in production.
• Skills in working with Hazelcast and Elasticsearch.
• Understanding the specifics of real-time systems (messengers, video communication).
