Key Responsibilities
- Drafting, reviewing, and advising on a wide range of agreements, including employment contracts, NDAs, parent agreements, commercial contracts, and other legal documents.
- Identifying, assessing, and helping to mitigate legal and tax risks related to the school’s activities and affiliated entities.
Developing, updating, and maintaining internal corporate documents, policies, and procedures.
- Maintaining registers of contracts, certificates, and licenses; monitoring signing timelines, validity, renewals, and GDPR compliance.
- Liaising with counterparties on legal matters, managing KYC processes, and coordinating with external legal advisors.
- Working with government authorities, including preparation, submission, and follow-up of documentation (including, but not limited to, health certificates for school canteens, transport licenses, and mandatory staff certifications such as KYSATS).
- Providing legal support to HR, finance, operations, IT, and other internal departments.
- Creating, updating, and standardising legal document templates.
- Preparing legal opinions, researching regulatory requirements, and contributing to the resolution of complex legal matters while ensuring compliance with applicable legislation.
-Assisting in the resolution of claims and disputes involving parents, partners, and third parties.
Requirements
- Fluency in Russian and English; knowledge of Greek is a strong advantage.
- University degree in Law.
- Strong knowledge of corporate and contract law.
- High attention to detail and confident, professional written communication.
- Responsibility, flexibility, and the ability to quickly adapt to new tasks.
- Well-developed document management and organisational skills.
