Focus on consistently achieving performance quotas and logging activity in Salesforce and Outreach.

Location: Onsite in Boston, MA. Must live within commutable distance to downtown Boston.

Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 (yearly)

What you will do

  • Generate pipeline by setting BANT qualified meetings for Commercial Account Executives.
  • Prospect into accounts via phone, email, and social media.
  • Conduct discovery conversations with influencers and decision makers within assigned accounts.
  • Utilize sales engagement tools to research contacts and accounts.
  • Fully understand and evangelize Cato’s solution.
  • Log activity consistently and reliably in Salesforce and Outreach.
  • Consistently achieve quota by hitting daily and weekly performance and scheduling KPIs.

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to take direction, be coached, and be mentored.
  • Prior success interacting with people by phone and email.
  • Complete an in-office 8-5, M-F work week.
  • Must live within commutable distance to downtown Boston.

Nice to have

  • Understanding of Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn, and Zoominfo.
