Senior Mobile Engineer (Flutter): Building and optimizing the entire mobile experience for hirify.global's AI workspace across iOS and Android, with an accent on delivering high-quality, performant, and reliable solutions while pushing Flutter's limits. Focus on solving complex technical challenges at scale and owning end-to-end development from conception to production.

Location: Remote, ideally EST or PST time zones (US) or EU/UK with 4 hours overlap with American time zones. Must be based in the United States, United Kingdom, Bulgaria, Ukraine, Poland, Hungary, Czechia, or Ireland. Visa sponsorship for engineering and product roles is not guaranteed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• 3+ years of professional mobile software development experience with Flutter.
• 2+ years of design or architecture experience (design patterns, reliability, scaling).
• Substantial experience (4+ years) in mobile development on Android & iOS platforms.
• Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly.
• Thrive in remote work environments, demonstrating a proactive attitude and self-management.
• English: B2 required.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Riverpod.
• Experience in early-stage product development or startup environments.
• Android development experience.
• Experience building and iterating on a product.
