What you will do

• Lead architecture and design for secure, scalable solutions aligned with customer needs and hirify.global best practices.
• Design and develop fullstack applications, integrating data and AI for enterprise users on the hirify.global platform.
• Deliver production-grade systems, from data ingestion and ML/AI model integration to user-facing applications.
• Embed with customer teams to understand challenges and deliver impact to stakeholders from ICs to executives.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Field Engineering to ensure a seamless customer journey.
• Contribute accelerators, frameworks, and best practices to scale impact and influence the product roadmap.

Requirements

• Strong background in software engineering across backend, frontend, and systems integration.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, Java/Scala, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern frameworks.
• Demonstrated ability to design, build, and deploy production applications combining data pipelines, ML/AI models, and user interfaces.
• Familiarity with AI APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini) and leveraging AI code generation tools.
• Proven track record of delivering technical solutions in enterprise environments that drive measurable outcomes.
• Ability to engage across stakeholders from engineers to C-level executives, translating complex concepts.
• Must be based in Singapore.
