hirify.global is looking for a Lead AI Software Engineer to be part of the team leveraging advanced generative AI services, pipelines, and components to drive the development and delivery of Agentforce.

What you will do

• Build and own end-to-end scalable services integrated with numerous applications, supporting thousands of tenants.
• Drive system efficiencies through automation, including capacity planning, configuration management, and performance tuning.
• Participate in periodic on-call rotations and resolve critical issues.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Application Architects, Data Scientists, and Deep Learning Researchers to understand customer requirements and bring innovative technologies to production.

Requirements

• 3+ years of industry experience in ML engineering, building AI systems and/or services.
• Bachelors (or) Masters degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related STEM field.
• Experience with distributed, scalable systems and modern data storage, messaging, and processing frameworks.
• Strong programming skills in Python or Java, with experience in building ML pipelines.
• Basic understanding of deep learning and machine learning algorithms.
• Experience with LLMs and prompt engineering.

Nice to have

• Expertise in retrieval systems and search algorithms.
• Familiarity with vector databases and embeddings.
• Experience developing applications/services for complex business use cases and large amounts of unstructured data.
• Expertise in applying LLMs, prompt design, and fine-tuning methods.
