Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in game animation production.
• Proven leadership contributions, including mentorship and stylistic guidance.
• Expert knowledge of animation tools and techniques relevant to specialization.
• Solid understanding of game engines (e.g., Unreal Engine, Unity) and animation asset integration.
• Advanced knowledge of optimization techniques and technical constraints for game assets.
• Strong grasp of artistic principles such as composition, color theory, and proportion.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with a collaborative mindset.
