What you will do

• Build and maintain management accounting reports (P&L, cash flow, financial dashboards).
• Ensure accurate tracking of crypto transactions.
• Coordinate and control the work of the Canadian tax accountant (data preparation, timelines, follow-ups).
• Analyze and select a suitable high-precision, crypto-native accounting tool.
• Improve internal financial processes and documentation.
• Support founders with financial insights and ad-hoc analysis.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in financial or management accounting.
• Relevant education in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
• Hands-on experience with crypto transactions and understanding of crypto accounting specifics.
• Solid understanding of management reporting (P&L, cash flow, unit economics).
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills.
• Experience working with external accountants or auditors.
