What you will do
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new digital marketing agencies into the hirify.global Partner Program.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with agency partners, acting as their main point of contact and advocate within hirify.global.
- Provide agencies with the necessary training and resources to effectively sell and implement hirify.global solutions for their clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute co-marketing activities.
- Track and analyze partner performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to improve partner engagement and success.
- Work closely with the sales team and GTM teams to ensure that agency partners are effectively driving revenue and meeting their targets.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in partner management, business development, or a similar role within the SaaS or digital marketing industry.
- Strong understanding of the digital marketing landscape, particularly eCommerce, email marketing, and marketing automation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners and internal teams.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional and international team environment.
Nice to have
- Previous experience in and/or knowledge of Email and SMS Marketing automation.
