TL;DR

Customer Support Representative (EdTech): Providing chat, email, and Zoom support to teachers and schools for an AI-powered math education platform with an accent on resolving product questions, bug reporting, and ensuring proper user access. Focus on delivering world-class service, troubleshooting, and contributing to user documentation and product communication.

Location: Office-first culture requiring 4 days in-office per week. We are open to hiring in any of our office locations in: Dallas, TX, Grand Rapids, MI, or New York, NY.

What you will do

  • Provide fast, friendly, and knowledgeable chat support to customers.
  • Hold weekly office hours to help troubleshoot and answer questions.
  • Familiarize yourself with school rostering systems to ensure proper user access.
  • Create and edit creative external support documentation and user guides.
  • Help craft and send product-focused customer email communication.
  • Report bugs, errors, and feature requests to the Product team.

Nice to have

  • Basic knowledge of Excel and SQL.
  • Experience in education, ed tech, or customer support.
  • Completed a coding bootcamp.
