TL;DR
Head Of Commercial Partnerships (AI): Designing and running the sales motion end to end for state-of-the-art medical AI, selling complex, high-impact solutions into leading European hospitals. Focus on shaping value propositions, building repeatable pipelines, and growing the sales organization.
Location: Must be based in The Netherlands and spend at least 60% of time at the office or visiting customers.

is developing an AI assistant for oncology to equip clinicians with a full understanding of their patients, helping them to reason across data as they assess each case.
What you will do
- Build the commercial engine from scratch, refining ICPs and value propositions.
- Design scalable sales motions and put in place the tooling, processes, and metrics needed for a repeatable go-to-market strategy.
- Own the full sales cycle for critical deals, from sourcing and qualifying opportunities to closing high-value contracts.
- Shape and grow the sales organization by hiring and coaching the first sales team.
- Partner with product and leadership on pricing, positioning, and roadmap prioritization.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in B2B enterprise sales, closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
- Experience taking a commercial motion from zero to one, building pipeline, basic processes, and tooling.
- Ability to act as an owner, thinking in business terms and pushing back on misaligned client requests.
- Hands-on seller who enjoys being on calls, shaping proposals, and personally closing key pilots and lighthouse accounts.
- Experience selling into hospitals, life sciences, or other highly regulated/technical environments.
