Location: Fully remote within the U.S.

Salary: $230,000 - $240,000 /yr

What you will do

• Lead and evolve the company-wide public cloud technology strategy.
• Ensure the value proposition of Cloud technology is well articulated within the overall Hybrid Cloud Strategy.
• Refine the FinOps practice to ensure infrastructure costs are optimized.
• Drive the adoption of containers and cloud-native designs.
• Lead the execution of complex projects, ensuring quality, scalability, and timely delivery.
• Ensure adherence to hirify.global security standards, compliance frameworks, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• BS degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in the SaaS software space using both public and private cloud infrastructure.
• 5+ years of experience leading multiple engineering teams in a high-growth or enterprise-scale environment.
• Hands-on experience with AWS (or another major Cloud Service Provider).
• Deep experience leading teams that operate in a containerized environment, orchestrated by k8s with high volume workloads.
• Excellent executive and stakeholder communication skills.
