What you will do

• Lead strategic initiatives leveraging AI, Machine Learning, and Generative AI to accelerate digital transformation.
• Serve as a technical thought leader, advising business and department leaders on AI-enabled solutions and guiding technology decisions.
• Drive innovation in emerging technologies such as LLMs, RAG architectures, MLOps/LLMOps, and event-driven AI systems.
• Translate business vision into AI-aligned technical strategies, balancing risk, investment needs, and fit-for-purpose solutions.
• Promote Responsible AI principles, ensuring compliance with ethical, regulatory, and security standards.
• Represent hirify.global in AI/GenAI forums, industry events, and technology communities.

Requirements

• 10+ years in technology leadership roles with a focus on enterprise architecture, AI/ML, and cloud and data platforms.
• 3–5 years mentoring technical teams and driving AI-enabled transformation initiatives.
• 3–5 years leading projects and influencing outcomes through technical thought leadership.
• Proven experience leading enterprise-scale technology initiatives, including AI/ML and GenAI adoption.
• Deep understanding of cloud-native architectures, data platforms, and AI ecosystems (Azure AI, Databricks ML, Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Search).
• Expertise in emerging AI technologies, including LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG patterns, and AI governance.
• Strong business acumen and ability to articulate the business impact of AI-driven solutions.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Related certifications and/or licenses.
• Membership in an accredited association in a related field.
