What you will do

• Collaborate with game team engineers and the Frostbite rendering team to design and deliver new rendering features.
• Optimize rendering solutions across multiple platforms, with a focus on CPU, GPU, and memory performance.
• Partner with game teams to understand their technical environments, identifying both opportunities and constraints.
• Stay current with advancements in real-time rendering techniques, hardware architectures, and graphics APIs.
• Improve artist workflows to enhance content quality, iteration speed, and overall production efficiency.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional experience with C++.
• 5+ years of experience in real-time rendering or engine development.
• Experience contributing to shipped AAA titles on modern platforms (PS5, Xbox Series X|S, PC).
• Hands-on experience with one or more low-level graphics APIs such as DirectX 12, Vulkan, or Metal.
• Solid understanding of modern CPU and GPU architectures.
• Experience using graphics debugging and profiling tools (e.g., PIX, RenderDoc, Razor).
• Strong knowledge of memory management and multi-threaded systems.
