What you will do

• Assist in monthly financial reporting, forecasts, budgets, and variance analysis to track performance against goals.
• Act as the primary owner of the FP&A Reporting Tool (Pigment), managing its accuracy, development, and reporting scale.
• Lead the automation of recurring reporting processes using advanced Excel functions.
• Consolidate inputs from multiple global sources using cloud-based tools to ensure a single version of the truth.
• Analyze financial data to identify emerging trends, potential risks, and growth opportunities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to gather inputs and align on key assumptions for the planning cycle.

Requirements

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
• Have 1–2 years of professional experience, ideally within a technology company.
• Be an advanced Excel user (vlookups, pivots, complex formulas) and able to build "board-ready" presentations in PowerPoint.
• Possess a strong numerical aptitude and a problem-solving mindset.
• Demonstrate strong leadership potential and the ability to take ownership of projects with minimal supervision.
• Excellent English communication skills.

• Proficiency in SQL & Pigment.
