What you will do

• Scale Cursor's Ambassador program globally.
• Create playbooks and resources for Ambassadors.
• Provide guidance and support for local community events.
• Build program infrastructure, including onboarding, training, and success metrics.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on launches.

Requirements

• 1-5 years of experience owning a meaningful community program at a high-velocity startup.
• Operationally excellent, able to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously, even across time zones.
• Strong bias toward action, not afraid to dive into details to ship.
• Empathy and understanding of what makes communities thrive.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments, energized by building new things.
