Salary: $150,400 - $222,580 per Year

What you will do

• Partner with Core Games franchise groups and studio partners to champion the needs and wants of players.
• Create a feedback loop for title communities and brainstorm ways to promote players and their needs to marketing teams and studio stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional publishing partners in defining community growth strategies.
• Develop and execute key social, community, and influencer programs that celebrate and promote the fan base.
• Lead, develop, and grow a team of community managers.
• Communicate community strategies, insights, and recommendations to studio leadership and hirify.global stakeholders.

Requirements

• 6-8 years working in a comparable digital community building and/or social role within gaming, media, or entertainment.
• Innate knowledge, experience, and passion for engaging and growing core entertainment communities.
• Thorough understanding of community listening & analytics, utilizing third-party tools.
• Deep understanding of social media platform nuances, as well as the creator and influencer ecosystem (especially TikTok, Reddit, Twitch, YouTube, Discord).
• Knowledge of global streaming platforms and creative vision for leveraging them.
• Highly collaborative, organized, timely, and communicative.
