What you will do

• Oversee key projects within the studio, ensuring quality and supporting the team.
• Liaise with senior clients and stakeholders, taking briefs and adding value to their businesses.
• Lead interdisciplinary teams from initial sketches and prototypes through final design.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research, managing third-parties when necessary.
• Design and communicate effectively through diagrams, sketches, designs, and prototypes.
• Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure product understanding and successful creation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience working at leading digital teams.
• Portfolio demonstrating complex, digital experiences for global brands across mobile, tablet, and web channels (e.g., large CMS sites, e-commerce, apps).
• Ability to think at a high level about product strategy and vision, not just execution.
• Proficiency in Figma, PPT, Keynote, Sketch, Invision.
• Experience creating digital and content strategy, and with the design and execution of user testing and research studies.
• Excellent communication skills to explain design rationale, align stakeholders, and drive conversations.
