TL;DR
Area Sales Manager/KAM: Grow and develop business across key accounts in the Nordic and Baltic regions with an accent on building strong relationships, working with distribution partners, and driving new business opportunities. Focus on identifying customer projects, driving design wins, and managing complex sales cycles from identification to revenue.
Location: Must be based in the Nordic or Baltic region. High travel role (approx. 75%) across Nordics & Baltics.

What you will do
- Own and grow key focus accounts across Nordics and Baltics.
- Identify customer projects and convert them into new business and revenue.
- Collaborate with distribution partners to drive engagement, pipeline, and share of wallet.
- Drive design wins across various technologies (Protection, Switches, Power Semiconductors).
- Manage opportunities from early identification to revenue realization.
- Travel extensively across the region to maintain customer and partner relationships.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in the electronics or semiconductor industry.
- Strong background in Key Account Management, ideally with multinational customers.
- Good understanding of the electronics market in the Nordic region.
- Comfortable managing complex sales cycles and multiple stakeholders.
- Fluent English required.
- Must be based in the Nordic or Baltic region.
Nice to have
- Experience working with or coming from distribution.
- Degree in electronics or similar.
