What you will do

• Be a brand voice expert, reviewing and polishing content across various formats (Word, PDF, Figma, websites, whitepapers, presentations, social media).
• Utilize the Brand Style Guide as a reference point, suggesting smart exceptions when necessary.
• Identify and correct errors in grammar, typos, punctuation, tone inconsistencies, and messaging gaps.
• Collaborate closely with writers, designers, and marketing stakeholders.
• Provide constructive feedback to improve content quality without stifling creativity.
• Understand and revise complex subject matter accurately and research information as needed.
• Balance multiple projects while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.

Requirements

• 3+ years of proofreading experience, preferably in tech or B2B.
• Mastery of English composition and AP Style.
• Proven ability to work with complex subject matter.
• Comfort using Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and project management software.
• Strong intellectual curiosity and collaborative spirit.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, balancing quality with deadlines.

• Copy or content writing experience a plus.
