What you will do

• Write, research, conceptualize, and adapt creative, innovative content, focusing on digital content and demonstrating GenAI capabilities.
• Repurpose existing content for different uses and master a variety of brand voices.
• Work closely with clients to create strong concepts from initial briefing through to execution.
• Set tone and drive creativity, collaborating with the creative lead to ensure creative excellence.
• Maintain high awareness of relevant trending topics and news to identify content opportunities.
• Actively explore, implement, and explain new GenAI techniques and provide feedback to drive platform improvements.

Requirements

• Minimum 5-7 years of digital agency experience in writing for digital.
• Strong grasp of how content can play out across multiple mediums.
• Ability to use data and insight to inform creative decisions.
• Confidence in presenting and communicating clearly to team members and clients.
• Active AI proficiency, including completing ongoing structured AI training and continuously up-skilling using approved AI tools (e.g., Pencil AI).
• Self-motivated, collaborative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing client environment.
