What you will do

• Write knowledge base and help center articles on Google devices.
• Participate in content creation for product launches.
• Engage in initial investigation and scoping of information for content topics.
• Write social and community forum blogs based on client and community manager inputs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on product announcements and releases.

Requirements

• High English proficiency in speaking and writing (C1 required).
• Completed 2 years in college.
• Above average writing skills with technical experience, preferably on devices/gadgets.
• Average grasp of tech devices like smartwatches and smartphones.
• Ability to write concise and reader-friendly instructions (e.g., gadget user manuals).
• Willingness to work onsite in McKinley Hills Taguig City.
• Openness to work in a shifting schedule.
• At least 1 year of experience as a technical or instructional writer with strong understanding of smart technology.
• At least 1 year of experience in customer service or technical support.
