Salary: $191,000 - $253,000 USD

What you will do

• Architect, build, and deploy end-to-end AI platform systems.
• Design reusable agent patterns, orchestration flows, and evaluation frameworks.
• Translate applied research and experimentation into deployable, maintainable AI systems.
• Build evaluation, monitoring, and A/B testing frameworks to measure AI performance.
• Improve AI infrastructure and MLOps workflows, including versioning and CI/CD.
• Mentor engineers on AI system design, debugging, and platform best practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience building production AI systems or platforms end-to-end.
• Strong Python fluency and experience with LLMs, agent orchestration, and modern GenAI frameworks.
• Solid foundation in data engineering and platform-aware system design.
• Experience collaborating closely with infrastructure and platform teams.
• Must be authorized to work in the US.
• This role is available remotely across the US, or hybrid in San Francisco, New York City, or Chicago.

• Experience with distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Spark, Snowflake, Databricks) for large-scale data processing.
