What you will do

• Define effective solutions for banks regarding architectural patterns, functional modules, and 3rd party product integration.
• Write Solution definition documents for transformation projects and document client architectures using Enterprise Architecture tools.
• Collect, analyze, and translate client requirements into information system or service solutions, driving selection based on cost efficiency and competitiveness.
• Assist clients with consulting mandates on Solution Architecture topics.
• Bring a high-level perspective into functional or system analysis during feasibility studies and solution definitions.
• Support project managers in planning solution aspects of large transformation programs and hirify.global management in strategic decisions.

Requirements

• Long experience and proven track record in hirify.global implementation projects, including 3rd party system integration.
• Extensive experience in Business/Banking, Technology/Software/Integration, or Enterprise Architectures, or Digital Banking.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation.
• Consulting attitude and experience to engage authoritatively with clients.
• English: C1 proficiency required.
• Work arrangement: Hybrid in Singapore is required.

Nice to have

• Fluency in Tagalog, Mandarin, German, French, or Italian.
• Formal certification in hirify.global, TOGAF, ITIL, Open Group, Cloud, Openshift/REST APIs, Digital and Mobile, or Bank Industry.
