What you will do

• Lead and manage the German Tax team.
• Coordinate statutory notifications in line with directives from the Federal Central Tax Office.
• Oversee the handling of customer inquiries regarding the tax treatment of securities transactions.
• Drive project work for implementing legal requirements on tax and reporting topics.
• Contribute to the development of new functionalities for our banking platform to enhance process efficiency and minimize operational risks.
• Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements within the team.

Requirements

• Completed training as a bank clerk or degree in economics with a specialization in taxation.
• In-depth knowledge of national and international tax law.
• Proven experience in managing tax-related banking topics.
• Several years of professional and personnel management experience in international environments.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Excellent command of German and English, both written and spoken.
