What you will do
- Analyze the entire buyer side: traffic, conversion, demand trends, and the buyer funnel.
- Build, improve, and scale demand forecasting models.
- Identify growth levers and efficiency opportunities across all demand channels.
- Monitor and evaluate marketing, CRM, and retention initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with Data, CRM, and Marketing to generate actionable insights.
- Present demand and marketing performance to the Management Board.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Controlling, FP&A, or Marketing Analytics, ideally in a marketplace or e-commerce environment.
- Strong analytical skill set and a solid understanding of marketplace dynamics (demand vs. supply).
- Deep expertise in CAC, ROAS, payback, attribution logic, and incrementality.
- Ability to translate complex analyses into clear narratives and precise recommendations.
- Very good German and English skills.
