What you will do
- Provide initial and timely responses to support cases (billing, pre-sales, optimization, implementation).
- Triage support cases by directing users to resources or escalating to specific technical or business teams.
- Monitor multiple feedback channels, including GitHub Issues & Discussions.
- Identify and suggest internal tooling for improved support efficiency.
- Reproduce issues, create test cases, and improve test coverage if experienced with testing.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in customer support, providing developer support to technical customers.
- Proficient in SQL (ideally PostgreSQL), comfortable with complex queries.
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English (C1+).
- Skilled in using Linux/Unix operating systems and the command line.
- Experienced working with GitHub Issues and Discussions.
- Must be based in European time zones.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with popular JavaScript frameworks like React, Vue, and Svelte and some experience with Node.js.
- Database administration experience.
- Degree in Computer Science.
