What you will do
- Lead and own the end-to-end incident and problem management process, ensuring swift and collaborative handling.
- Coordinate technical triage during incidents, identifying root causes and ensuring resolution.
- Manage escalations and provide clear communication with stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement from incidents through post-incident reviews and action tracking.
- Partner with technology teams to improve service resilience and reliability.
- Establish robust incident and resilience reporting, including leading response during scenario testing.
Requirements
- Proven experience in incident and problem management, ideally within financial services or regulated industries.
- Ability to lead with clarity, calmness, and purpose under pressure.
- Strong analytical mindset for data-informed decisions.
- Excellent communication skills with confidence to engage and influence stakeholders.
- Experience improving processes, tooling, and reporting for operational resilience.
- Must be based in the UK for hybrid working with the Milton Keynes office.
