What you will do

  • Lead and own the end-to-end incident and problem management process, ensuring swift and collaborative handling.
  • Coordinate technical triage during incidents, identifying root causes and ensuring resolution.
  • Manage escalations and provide clear communication with stakeholders.
  • Drive continuous improvement from incidents through post-incident reviews and action tracking.
  • Partner with technology teams to improve service resilience and reliability.
  • Establish robust incident and resilience reporting, including leading response during scenario testing.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in incident and problem management, ideally within financial services or regulated industries.
  • Ability to lead with clarity, calmness, and purpose under pressure.
  • Strong analytical mindset for data-informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills with confidence to engage and influence stakeholders.
  • Experience improving processes, tooling, and reporting for operational resilience.
  • Must be based in the UK for hybrid working with the Milton Keynes office.
