Responsibilities:

-Define and evolve the product strategy and long-term vision
-Conduct market, competitive, and user research to shape product direction
-Build and maintain a product roadmap aligned with business goals
-Collect, prioritize, and translate business and user requirements into product specifications
-Define success metrics, run experiments, and analyze product performance
-Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Operations
-Manage product releases and ensure timely delivery
-Gather and synthesize feedback to drive continuous product improvement

Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager / Product Owner
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle and product development processes
- Experience working with analytics, metrics, and data-driven decision making
- Ability to write clear requirements and work closely with technical teams
- Familiarity with modern analytics tools
- Ability to form hypotheses, run experiments, and validate results
- Strong analytical and communication skills.

Nice to Have:
- Industry experience in E-commerce / B2C
- Experience with UX research or CustDev interviews
- Experience running A/B tests and controlled experiments
- Technical background or prior hands-on experience in software development
