Location: Hybrid in Amsterdam, Netherlands (1-2 days at the office). Opportunity to work from abroad for 1 month every 12 months.

What you will do

• Define and own the long-term strategy and roadmap for hirify.global Web, focusing on a best-in-class savings experience.
• Build foundational end-to-end user journeys for the web, including onboarding, discovery, savings flows, and portfolio views.
• Prioritise and validate product opportunities using user research, data, competitive insights, and AI-accelerated discovery workflows.
• Lead a cross-functional team (frontend, backend, design, QA) to deliver high-quality features quickly and iteratively.
• Partner with App, Onboarding, Marketing, Brand, Data, and Compliance for a consistent, compliant, and intelligent multi-platform experience.
• Identify and validate areas where AI can improve UX, personalisation, content, automation, or experimentation velocity.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager/Product Owner for consumer-facing digital products, ideally with strong exposure to web platforms.
• Hands-on experience working with frontend and backend engineers and designers across the full product lifecycle.
• Proven ability to deliver quickly and iteratively, especially in zero-to-one or foundational product environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder alignment skills in a fast-paced, international organisation.
• Comfort using AI tools daily for product acceleration, including insight synthesis, market research, UX exploration, workflow automation, PRD creation, A/B test analysis, and concept prototyping.

Nice to have

• Experience working with AI design systems, AI agents, or collaborating with teams building AI-powered features.
