What you will do

• Build Privilege Access Management capabilities.
• Create a Vision and Roadmap to help Stakeholders understand and collaborate.
• Drive the adoption of (new) PAM capabilities.
• Lead the product vision and development, collaborating with PO colleagues and stakeholders to create an aligned product roadmap and backlog supporting the IAM Digital Only strategy.
• Challenge the squad to think beyond today and always act with the future in mind.
• Be responsible for delivering an end-to-end IAM4Engineering seamless user journeys to support the 8000 Engineers in hirify.global.

Requirements

• Academic thinking and work level with preferably a Master degree in a relevant field of expertise.
• Professional with 5+ years of relevant work experience (incl. working in Scaled Agile environment).
• Experience with leading and building (onshore/offshore) DevOps teams.
• Preferably PSPO I & II certified.
• In-depth knowledge of Identity & Access Management and Risk Management.
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English.

Nice to have

• Proven knowledge of industry standards for IAM and security (e.g. CISSP).
• Proven knowledge of bank wide business processes and applications, impacted by IAM.
