Salary: 3500 - 7200 EUR/month (gross)

• Build and improve features for the AI orchestrator to deliver personalized experiences.
• Write clean, reliable code with performance, scalability, and security in mind.
• Work closely with other developers to design, build, and maintain Go-based microservices.
• Take end-to-end ownership of services, from implementation to deployment, monitoring, and improvement.
• Work in a fast-paced, evolving environment, adapting and shipping solutions at high speed.

Requirements

• Experience creating scalable, stable, and secure code with Golang.
• Experience working with distributed technologies and NoSQL databases.
• Strong background in high-load applications and microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with System Design and Domain-Driven Design principles.
• Passion for secure, compliant backend architecture and technologies.
• Comfortable balancing speed and quality in a startup environment.
