Aimers is growing fast — and we’re looking for a talented Recruiter to join our team!
If you love full-cycle hiring, enjoy optimizing processes, and want to work with international projects in a fully remote setup, this role is for you.
What you’ll do
— Lead the full-cycle sourcing and recruitment process (Account Managers, PPC Specialists, and more)
— Improve and optimize recruiting processes, implementing new approaches
— Track key recruitment metrics and analyze performance
— Partner closely with hiring managers on all recruitment matters
What you bring
— 2+ years of experience in a similar role
— English level B1
— Strong communication skills
— People-first mindset and high attention to detail
Nice to have: 1+ year of experience in IT or a digital agency
