🚀 Business Development Manager (B2B SaaS)

International B2B SaaS platform automating payments to remote employees and contractors worldwide.

Format: Remote. With the possibility to attend conferences in Germany
Location: Germany (The candidate must be located in Germany.)
Schedule: Flexible

🔧 Responsibilities

- Own the full B2B sales cycle: outreach → negotiations → deal closing
- Work with large international clients
- Build and grow the sales pipeline and commercial strategy
- Attend conferences and offline networking events
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing & Customer teams

👤 Requirements

- 3–5+ years in BD / Sales / Partnerships
- Proven international B2B sales experience (SaaS preferred)
- Hands-on full-cycle sales & direct DM outreach
- Fluent English, Russian for internal communication
