An international financial company with 15 years of experience invites an Onboarding Manager to join its team.

A team of experts in banking, finance, and fintech offers a reliable platform for international payments, helping businesses enter new markets.

The company's representative offices in Russia and Cyprus allow the team to serve clients in different parts of the world. It is necessary to work with clients worldwide in a convenient remote format.

Responsibilities:
• Full onboarding cycle for new clients
• Product packaging based on client requests. Calculating costs, selecting transfer routes, and determining the final price
• Establishing contact with the client, discussing and agreeing on terms of work
• Preparing contracts and all supporting documentation (pro forma invoices, etc.)
• Interacting and working with partners
• Onboarding new projects for existing clients
• Building a department within a year (recruiting and managing the team)
Requirements:
• At least 2 years of experience in the B2B segment (sales of services)
• Experience working in a payment system, payment agent, crypto exchange, etc.
• Experience in client onboarding at a financial institution is desirable
• Higher education (Economics/Technical)
• Ability to work with clients in different currencies and complex calculations (interest, exchange rates)
• Remote work experience
• Experience in client potential planning
• Experience with Bitrix/1C preferred
• Understanding of document flow between Russian and international companies
• Strong verbal and written communication skills. Contract drafting skills.
• Good knowledge of Excel (near-advanced level)
• Fluent in Russian, English A2+
