TL;DR

What you will do

  • Provide customer service and technical support to resolve customer problems.
  • Utilize interactive solutions like chat, email, and MS Teams to assist customers.
  • Handle escalations by collaborating with back-office teams and senior co-workers.
  • Learn and become proficient with Microsoft 365, especially Excel, and various other platforms.
  • Pursue and earn industry certifications, including Google Cloud, Azure, and Microsoft.
  • Expand your experience, skills, and understanding of diverse job roles within the company.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of Windows operating systems.
  • Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Minimum 6 months of entry-level help desk or technical support experience.
  • Strong English communication skills (B2 or higher).
  • Customer support experience.
  • Active listening and flexibility to adapt to customer needs.
  • Availability to work night shifts is required.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Mac or Linux operating systems.
  • Experience handling tickets, chat, and calls in technical support.
  • Ability to quickly learn new technologies.
  • Adaptability and willingness to work in a team environment.
  • Healthcare industry experience.
