What you will do
- Set up and manage core processes for team effectiveness.
- Track AI adoption, usage, and value; produce bi-monthly impact reports for leadership.
- Prepare team updates, success stories, and quarterly overviews for internal communications.
- Coordinate training needs and sessions across multiple markets.
- Support Product Managers with research, documentation, and stakeholder workshops.
- Organise team events and logistics for conferences.
Requirements
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Excellent people skills and ability to build relationships.
- Detail-oriented with an analytical mindset.
- Proficient with Monday.com, Sharepoint, and Teams.
- Experience in product operations, project management, or business support.
- Proactive problem-solver and self-starter, comfortable with cross-functional teams.
- Must be able to work hybrid from the London office once a week.
