What you will do

• Provide operational and logistical support in rolling out omnichannel experience strategies, ensuring alignment with global standards.
• Assist in gathering and organizing insights from research and testing initiatives with retailer and eTailer partners.
• Monitor and report on local execution progress in channels such as direct-to-consumer (DTX) and eTail.
• Oversee operational processes, including vendor management, budget monitoring, and reviewing deliverables.
• Support the onboarding of new vendors and quarterly reviews to ensure alignment with team goals.
• Support training initiatives by managing schedules, logistics, and resources to support team upskilling and capability building.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in operations support within eCommerce, digital marketing, or related fields
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Operations or a related field
• Analytical and detail-oriented, with a basic understanding of eCommerce metrics and operations
• Proven ability to manage and monitor detailed processes and timelines effectively
• Excellent communication skills to support effective collaboration across global and regional teams

Nice to have

• Experience in data analysis and the ability to turn different concepts and numbers into clear actionable insights (Excel/Google Sheets)
• Familiarity with user-generated content platforms or tools
