Salary: $136,000.00 - $204,000.00

• Lead cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop project plans.
• Drive the execution and implementation of project deliverables.
• Manage timelines and Gantt charts to ensure deliverables are met.
• Monitor program effectiveness and recommend actions to resolve issues.
• Develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress and communicate with stakeholders.
• Apply strong leadership to foster a collaborative culture.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree with 5+ years of project management experience or Advanced Degree with 3+ years of experience.
• 4+ years of experience in project management or new product delivery in a regulated industry.
• High degree of competency in Microsoft Office Suite (Project, PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• Proven track record of successfully managing within a matrixed organization.

Nice to have

• 10+ years of experience in Project Management experience.
• MBA and PMP / CSM Certification preferred.
• Working knowledge of Scaled Agile Framework methodologies.
• Knowledge in product development, project management in the medical device industry.
