Head of PMO & Strategic Operations (Fintech): Monitoring, tracking, and synchronizing all cross-departmental efforts to optimize the Payment Integration Lifecycle and manage the intersection of Product, Engineering, Sales, and Compliance. Focus on turning strategic vision into a structured, visible, and predictable execution roadmap through executive reporting, cross-functional orchestration, and process engineering.

What you will do

• Serve as the central point for the COO, providing a consolidated view of all global projects.
• Design and maintain real-time dashboards for project health, resource utilization, and delivery velocity.
• Lead cross-functional synchronization meetings to resolve dependencies and resource conflicts.
• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of new PSP/Bank integrations.
• Standardize the Integrations Playbook to reduce Time-to-Market for new payment rails.
• Proactively identify at-risk projects and provide remediation options to the COO.

Requirements

• 5+ years in Project/Program Management, with 3+ years specifically in Fintech, Payments, or Orchestration.
• 1+ years in leading 2+ member teams.
• Strong understanding of API-based architectures, Webhooks, and Payment Flow Logic.
• Expert-level mastery of Jira/Confluence and specialized PMO software.
• Willingness to get into a new location and learn (Limassol, Cyprus).
• Degree in Business, Engineering, or Computer Science; PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications are highly preferred.
