What you will do
- Identify, recruit, and engage customer champions across APAC for various advocacy opportunities, including case studies, videos, and speaking engagements.
- Help execute regional customer programs such as Customer Advisory Boards and hirify.globaldom Meetups.
- Own and grow hirify.global’s presence on peer review platforms across APAC, driving high-quality customer reviews.
- Recruit, manage, and maintain a pool of APAC references for sales, partner, analyst, and event opportunities.
- Partner closely with sales, customer success, marketing, product, and partner teams to align advocacy efforts with regional priorities.
- Test and scale new customer storytelling formats and advocacy programs that resonate with local markets.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in customer marketing, advocacy, or content marketing, ideally in B2B tech, SaaS, or cybersecurity.
- Experience managing customer content or advocacy programs, including outreach, interviews, and production.
- A strong customer-first mindset with the ability to build trust with technical and security-focused audiences.
- Comfort working cross-functionally with stakeholders across marketing, sales, product, and customer success.
- Strong attention to detail, paired with creativity and a high bar for quality.
- Curiosity, adaptability, and a bias for action in a fast-growing, evolving environment.
- Candidates must be based in Sydney.
