Product Manager (Fintech): Responsible for marketing, communication, and customer satisfaction for merchant services, focusing on commercial management, product management, and marketing in a fast-changing context. Focus on day-to-day product performance and the P&L of our products, defining business requirements, and translating them to the DM CJE for product development and maintenance.

Location: Must be based in the Netherlands

Salary: €5.485,70 - €8.828,03

What you will do

• Be part of the European network to stimulate cross-border collaboration and alignment with the parties that need to contribute to your specific business product area.
• Be responsible for marketing, communication & customer satisfaction.
• Be responsible for the day-to-day product performance and the P&L of our products which is reflected in your daily work and priority setting.
• Define the business requirements and translate them to the DM CJE with the aim of developing and maintaining products and services.
• Play a supporting role in the QBR process.

Requirements

• Experience in commercial product management, marketing and/or client experience.
