TL;DR
Senior Technical Writer (FinTech): Creating and maintaining clear user documentation for investment management solutions and services, focusing on high quality, user-centric content. Focus on gathering technical information, ensuring documentation meets user needs, and continuously improving documentation processes and quality.
Location: Hybrid work policy, 2 days a week from the office. Office locations: Noida, Hyderabad.

What you will do
- Research, create, and maintain clear and easy-to-find user documentation in several formats at high quality.
- Join agile teams in their ceremonies to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of documentation processes.
- Collaborate with engineering, product management, and other stakeholders to gather technical information and ensure documentation meets user needs.
- Develop user guides, release notes, API documentation, system architecture documents, and other materials and content to support software deployment and usage.
- Review and edit existing documentation to improve readability, accuracy, and consistency.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and tools in technical writing, applying new techniques to improve documentation processes and quality.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in technical communication about product and service platforms in a software development organisation
- Proficient in speaking and writing in English
- Practical experience with topic-based authoring in a structured authoring environment
Nice to have
- Practical experience working in a financial environment
- Practical experience working in an agile environment
- Practical experience working in a DevOps or Continuous Delivery environment
- Experience with git
- Experience with MadCap Flare
