What you will do
- Research, create, and maintain clear, high-quality user documentation in various formats, without supervision.
- Participate in 4 or more agile team ceremonies (e.g., stand-ups, sprint reviews) to ensure documentation efficiency.
- Collaborate with engineering, product management, and other stakeholders to gather technical information.
- Develop user guides, release notes, API documentation, and system architecture documents.
- Review, edit, and maintain existing documentation for readability, accuracy, and consistency.
- Promote best practices in technical writing and ensure continuous skill development.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in technical communication about product and service platforms in a software development organization.
- Proficient in speaking and writing in English (C1 level).
- Practical experience with topic-based authoring in a structured authoring environment.
- Ability to effectively seek collaboration with stakeholders such as product owners, software engineers, and UX designers.
- Curiosity to develop as a technical writer and grow professionally.
Nice to have
- Practical experience working in a financial, agile, DevOps, or Continuous Delivery environment.
- Familiarity with Git.
- Experience with MadCap Flare.
