TL;DR

Project Manager (Media): Leading the execution of high-value commercial multi-platform content programs with an accent on client relationship building and cross-functional collaboration. Location: Must be based in New York and able to work in-office two days a week (Hybrid)

Salary: $85,000–$95,000

What you will do

  • Lead the execution of multi-platform commercial content programs throughout North and South America.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, internal stakeholders, and external partners.
  • Develop project timelines and deliverable schedules to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including creative, sales, marketing, and editorial departments.
  • Monitor campaign performance and reconcile budgets to ensure all program KPIs are met.
  • Facilitate Web CMS production and QA tasks for content page builds.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience managing high-value, large-scale multi-platform content campaigns as a project lead.
  • Proven ability to manage relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience overseeing production and distribution of various digital content types including video, editorial, and social media.
  • Must be based in New York and able to fulfill the in-office requirement.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in high-pressure environments.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Monday.com, Dropbox, or Asana.
  • Understanding of digital media landscapes, storytelling platforms, and campaign performance analytics.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
