What you will do

• Act as a thought partner to tax partners and legal advisory leaders, identifying opportunities to scale hirify.global's platform across service lines and jurisdictions.
• Take full ownership of client relationships, from running pilots to guiding firm-wide adoption across professional services firms.
• Be the voice of tax and legal advisory users, sharing insights that directly inform product development and roadmap priorities.
• Deliver clear, confident product demos and training to bring the power of hirify.global's platform to life for global advisory teams.
• Document best practices from leading professional services firms and contribute to scalable playbooks.
• Help tax and legal advisory teams navigate the shift in how professional services operate, evaluating AI's ROI and impact across service lines.

Requirements

• Background in law or tax, with experience at a Big 4 firm or leading professional services practice, ideally with exposure to multiple service lines or innovation initiatives.
• Tech-curious and product-savvy, passionate about generative AI, technology implementation, and innovation.
• Communicate clearly and confidently with diverse stakeholders, translating across disciplines (e.g., tax partners to engineers).
• Ability to bring structure to ambiguity, energy to complexity, and maintain a calm, credible presence in a fast-moving environment.
• Understand how to evaluate and improve existing processes as a direct result of new technologies, such as streamlining tax compliance or enhancing regulatory analysis.
