What you will do

• Collaborate with frontend engineers, product managers, and DevOps/platform teams to build meaningful features.
• Conduct peer code reviews and contribute to retrospectives to drive continuous improvement.
• Define technical requirements and identify the best solutions to meet team goals.
• Participate in engineering retrospectives focused on testing, architecture, automation, and coding standards.
• Focus on delivering value and improving the user experience for customers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of backend development experience.
• 2+ years of experience with a strongly typed language or TypeScript.
• Strong experience with RDBMS.
• Solid background in unit and integration testing.
• Experience with message brokers (SNS, RabbitMQ, Kafka, Google Pub/Sub, etc.).

Nice to have

• Experience with Node.js, GraphQL, GCP or AWS, gRPC and protobufs.
• Strong grasp of SOLID principles.
