What you will do

• Ensure the productivity and resilience of our infrastructure, including monitoring and observability of our services.
• Standardize processes and build automation for data pipeline onboarding, deployment, scheduling, and failure recovery.
• Work closely with the SRE team to ensure developer productivity and CI/CD adoption.
• Craft and operate services, infrastructure, and tools for batch and streaming pipelines running on Kubernetes and GCP.
• Solution architect and deliver company-wide technical topics with a forward-looking vision aligned with our multi-year roadmap.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in the development, administration, operation, and troubleshooting of sophisticated, large-scale systems running on Kubernetes.
• Experienced with Go and a strong practitioner of system design, architecture, and development best practices.
• Ability to break down challenges into modular, scalable solutions and bridge the gap between technology and business.
• Strong analytical mindset and a genuine curiosity to experiment, test changes, and challenge assumptions.
