What you will do

• Design, develop, and own advanced automation workflows and architectures.
• Integrate systems through APIs and apply AI and LLM capabilities.
• Utilize Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft 365, AWS services, and GitHub Actions.
• Administer and optimize the automation environment for performance, reliability, cost, and governance.
• Proactively monitor, troubleshoot, and iterate on workflows for efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements

• 6 - 8 years of professional software engineering experience, including end-to-end ownership of production systems.
• Strong system design skills, including event-driven and serverless architectures.
• Understanding of APIs, webhooks, and REST/Graph integrations.
• Ability to work independently and make architectural decisions, translating business needs into scalable solutions.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud-based automation or workflow tools such as AWS services, Microsoft Power Platform, or Microsoft 365.
• Experience applying AI and LLM capabilities in production workflows, including prompt design, evaluation, and risk mitigation.
