What you will do

• Design, build, and operate backend services for hirify.global’s continuous integration and deployment platform.
• Develop APIs and services for internal tooling to orchestrate builds, tests, releases, and deployments.
• Own backend components running on Amazon Elastic Compute Cloud and Kubernetes, ensuring scalability, resiliency, and performance.
• Automate infrastructure and deployment workflows using Infrastructure-as-Code principles.
• Improve deployment safety, observability, and rollback strategies across multiple Amazon Web Services regions.
• Document system architectures and actively collaborate with R&D teams to evolve CI/CD best practices.

Requirements

• English: B2 required
• Be a polyglot backend developer who enjoys working across multiple programming languages.
• Have hands-on experience with Python, Go, and shell scripting, or be eager to deepen expertise.
• Be genuinely interested in both backend application development and Infrastructure-as-Code.
• Possess solid, practical experience with Amazon Web Services and its core services like S3 and EC2.
• Understand continuous integration and deployment principles and have experience building, operating, or evolving pipelines using GitHub Actions.

Nice to have

• Experience automating infrastructure and environments using Terraform.
• Strong collaboration skills and a desire to build tools that make other developers more productive.
