Software Engineer, AI Customer Interface Team (AI)

Location: Hybrid, remote within British Columbia

What you will do

• Support hirify.global’s self-serve AI Decisioning product built in Vue.js and TypeScript.
• Rebuild the Vue.js application in React, and integrate it with other customer engagement platform APIs.
• Build new interfaces that provide insights into the performance and behavior of AI decisioning agents.
• Build new experiences that allow users to customize their own AI Decisioning-powered marketing campaigns.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Skilled at working in modern frontend languages and frameworks (TypeScript, React, Vue, Angular, etc).
• Comfortable contributing to backend development and integrating frontend applications with server-side APIs.
• Significant experience with frontend testing frameworks (e.g., Cypress, Playwright).
• Have a user-centric attitude and care deeply about UX.
• Comfortable working in a large frontend codebase with many stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience developing user experiences for machine learning and data-intensive applications.
• Experience with Ruby on Rails and/or Node.js.
• Familiarity with reinforcement learning concepts and applications.
